Lynda Agukwe is an Associate at the Firm’s White Collar Crimes and Asset Recovery Practice Group, where she is actively involved in internal investigations, regulatory advisory, and asset recovery matters arising from corporate and financial misconduct.

She supports the team on sensitive investigations involving compliance breaches and financial system abuse. Through her work, Lynda has helped clients strengthen their corporate governance frameworks and mitigate regulatory and enforcement risks. Outside of her Practice area, Lynda has a keen interest in industry developments across intellectual property law and its intersection with the Insolvency practice area. Outside her practice, Lynda is guided by strong personal values and enjoys continuous learning and professional development.
