Noble is a Managing Associate in the firm’s Capital Market, Mergers and Acquisition, and Private Equity Practice Groups. He is an astute and commercial savvy lawyer, with specific interest in Capital Markets, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisition, Fintech, and Corporate and Commercial transactions.

He holds a dual Bachelors’ degree in English and Literary Studies, from the University of Ado–Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria and Law from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He also holds a master’s degree in international Corporate Governance and Financial Regulations from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.

Noble has considerable practical experience in Capital Markets, Private Equity, M&A and Trusteeship with some top tier Law Firms and an Investment Bank in Nigeria where he has executed a good number of landmark debt, M&A, equity, corporate commercial and Trust transactions. A member of the International Bar Association and a SEC sponsored individual, Noble has also published various articles in reputable local and foreign journals. In his spare time, he likes to read, write, and engage in speaking engagements.
