Omonefe Adewinmbi is an Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Corporate Services Practice Group. She is also a graduate of law from Bowen University Iwo, Osun state and the Nigeria Laws School. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Lagos.

 

She has strong expertise in intellectual property rights, particularly copyright, including its ownership, protection, enforcement, management, exploitation, valuation and monetization.  She also advises on regulatory issues and transactions relating to technology, intellectual property, and data privacy, including tech and IP licensing, global terms of services and privacy policies, new media content licensing agreements, as well as Games/Sports transactions.

 

She holds memberships of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) – Lagos Branch, the NBA- SBL (Nigerian Bar Association- Section on Business Law), the International Trademark Association, International  Property Law Association of Nigeria, International Trade Mark Association and Anti Counterfeiting Collaboration.
