Omonefe is an Associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Corporate Service Practice Group.
She has significant experience in intellectual property matters, specifically in patents and design matters. She also has significant experience in litigation, specifically intellectual property infringements and employment-related disputes at the various Superior Courts.
She routinely advises various blue-chip brands on IP ownership and exploitation, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, consumer protection, employment-related matters, claims and disputes.
