Omonefe Irabor-benson is a Senior Associate specializing in Intellectual Property. She holds law degrees from Bowen University Iwo, Osun State, the Nigerian Law School, and a Master’s degree from the University of Lagos

She has a deep understanding of intellectual property law encompasses all aspects of copyright, from ownership and protection to enforcement, management, exploitation, valuation, and monetization. She is adept at navigating the complex legal landscape surrounding trademarks, patents, and other forms of intellectual property, providing strategic counsel to clients across diverse industries. Her experience in film and television law includes advising on production agreements, distribution deals, licensing, and rights management, reflecting a keen understanding of the creative industries.
