Chibudike Anene
Chibudike Anene is an Associate in the Intellectual Property and Product Liability Litigation Team of Stren & Blan Partners.
He graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and the Nigerian Law School with a first-class degree with several awards including the the Director-General’s Prize.
Chibudike is a skilled dispute resolution lawyer and has represented clients before all Superior Courts of Records. As a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Team of Stren & Blan Partners, he has supervised and coordinated the execution of Anton Pillar Orders in Nigeria as well as litigation on complex IP issues in Nigeria.
Chibudike is a member of the International Trademarks Association (INTA), the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL), and the Anti-Counterfeiting Collaboration of Nigeria (ACC). He is a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and a contributor to the International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) publication for Product Liability in Nigeria.
