Our Tax team provides advice on a wide range of issues relating to capital raising and financing, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and reorganisations, PPPs, investment products, employee remuneration packages, transfer pricing, customs and excise, tax investigations, and disputes.
We are regularly asked to advise individuals, businesses, and investment funds, looking to invest in Nigeria or move into the Nigerian market for the first time. Our team’s direct and indirect participation in aspects of the tax reform process means that Lawyers are familiar with the latest developments in tax administration and the legal implications for individuals and corporates.

We are conversant with the various procedural options for resolving disputes, including pre-litigation tax disputes and litigation before Nigerian courts. Many tax disputes do not necessarily result in litigation, and we have considerable experience in assisting with the negotiation of settlements with the Federal and State Inland Revenue institutions in Nigeria.
