Anjoreoluwa Boluwajoko is an Associate in the Energy, Finance and Infrastructure Practice Area of the firm. She advises on financing, energy, and commercial transactions, with experience spanning project finance, renewable energy, power, and capital markets.

She has advised a renewable energy company on its inaugural $15 million project finance facility for the construction of over 30MW of solar systems across Nigeria and has supported major financial institutions on a range of financing transactions.

Anjoreoluwa is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal and commercial matters and is committed to delivering thoughtful, practical, and effective solutions on every transaction.
