Ayoola Olawumi Olusunmbola is the Chief Operations officer of the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where she graduated with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division), she is called to the Nigerian Bar accordingly. She also holds a Master of Laws Degree from her Alma mater where she majored in International Labour Law and graduated with a Ph.D grade.

Prior to joining Stren & Blan Partners, Olawumi had worked as a Legal Counsel in various Law Firms as well as the HR/Admin and Legal Manager of a Risk Advisory Company.

Olawumi is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). She is a two-term General Secretary of CIPM Ibeju/Lekki – Epe Chapter. She acted as the Secretary, Society for Professional Background Screeners and Association of Aviation Security Trainers.

Olawumi is also a member of Human Resources Certificate Institute. She holds a Professional Human Resources International (PHRi) license and a Senior Professional, Human Resources International (SPHRi) license. She enjoys intellectually stimulating conversations and takes challenges with ease. She is responsible for the management of the people and culture of the Firm.
