Chioma is the head, People & Culture in the Firm. She is a graduate of Covenant University with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, she has however overtime developed business development and administrative skills. She is a pragmatic and efficient personnel manager, with the ability to drive efficiency in business processes. She is also a passionate team player who is enthusiastic about self-development and growth.

Chioma is also a member of the Firm’s Energy Sector and provides industry insight to the Firm’s Energy practice.
