Emmanuel Ughanze is an Intellectual Property Attorney at Stren & Blan Partners, where he plays a key role in the firm’s acclaimed IP practice. He advises multinational corporations and global brands on the protection, management, and enforcement of IP rights across diverse industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, fashion, and entertainment. Emmanuel has extensive experience in litigation, opposition, and enforcement, leading major anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy operations in Nigeria. In recognition of his work, he was nominated in the Rising Star category of the Nigerian ESQ Awards 2025 and included in the 2025 IAM Strategy 300 Longlist of the World’s Leading IP Strategists. Emmanuel has facilitated several free trainings and workshops on intellectual property protection for young creatives.
