Oghenemega Igbru is an Associate in the Private Equity, Capital Markets, and Merger & Acquisitions practice group of the firm. She specializes in providing expert legal advice to clients while facilitating transactions in the Capital Markets.

 

She holds a First-Class degree from the College of Law, Benson Idahosa University and also graduated with first-class honours from the Nigerian Law School, where she was awarded the prestigious Director General award for her outstanding academic achievement.

 

Additionally, she is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and expertise in her field.
