Oluchukwu Nwakor is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property departments. He advises and represents a wide range of national and international clients, including corporate and individual rights holders, on matters relating to trademarks, copyright, patents, and brand protection. He has built a strong track record in IP strategy and portfolio management, ensuring seamless compliance with both Nigerian and international regimes. His work often involves guiding clients through complex multi-jurisdictional filings and enforcement processes.

In the Dispute Resolution team, Oluchukwu supports contentious and non-contentious matters, leveraging a solid foundation in IP infringement, legal research, case analysis, and client advocacy.

His professional interests extend to cybersecurity, cybercrime, and data protection, areas where he continually develops expertise to respond to emerging legal and regulatory issues in Nigeria.
