Oreoluwa is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity Practice Groups, where she brings extensive experience advising on a broad spectrum of securities and financing transactions. Known for her precision and commercial insight, she has successfully supported numerous landmark issuances, including sovereign bonds, corporate debt programs, and structured finance deals.
Her work spans the full lifecycle of capital markets transactions, from structuring and regulatory compliance to documentation and closing, providing strategic guidance to issuers, trustees, and investors. Oreoluwa’s understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks enables her to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients across industries.
She is also a published legal author, contributing thoughtful commentary on diverse areas of law. Outside of work, Oreoluwa enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time mentoring and caring for children.
